Can I include more than one repair?

Yes. Select the relevant services in the intake and describe each item in the notes. Photos can be emailed after submission.

Is there a set hourly price or minimum?

Pricing depends on the work, site conditions, materials and travel. We confirm the estimate and any minimum charges before you approve work.

Can a small job become a larger remodel?

Yes. We can discuss a repair now and a larger project later. The scope and schedule are agreed separately.
