SMS Terms and Conditions

Program

Lion Heart Remodel Operational Messaging is a low-volume text-messaging program for customers, prospective customers, vendors, subcontractors, and other people working with Lion Heart Remodel who have expressly agreed to receive text messages.

Message types

Messages may include customer-care replies, appointment confirmations, scheduling changes, crew-arrival notices, project-status updates, and delivery coordination. We do not use this operational program for marketing or promotional messages unless you provide separate express consent.

Consent and frequency

By expressly consenting verbally, or through another documented consent method offered by Lion Heart Remodel, you agree to receive operational text messages at the number you provide. Consent is optional and is not a condition of purchasing goods or services. Message frequency varies according to your inquiry or project.

Charges, opting out, and help

Message and data rates may apply. Reply STOP to opt out. After you opt out, we may send one final confirmation message and will send no further messages unless you later opt back in. Reply HELP for help, call (425) 320-7996, or email office@lhremodel.com.

Delivery

Mobile carriers are not liable for delayed or undelivered messages. Delivery is subject to your wireless provider and network availability.

Privacy and changes

Our handling of personal information is described in our Privacy Policy. We may update these terms and will post the revised effective date on this page.
